Terms of Use Welcome to SWMO Vape Shop, a website located at www.swmovapeshop.com/ (the “Site”/ "Sites") and operated by SWMO Vape Shop, LLC (“SWMO Vape Shop”, “us”, “our”, and “we”). SWMO Vape Shop provides the Site and services provided through the Site (“Services”) including delivery of Electronic Cigarettes and Electronic Cigarette related products (“Products”).

Credit Card Validation 
For the protection of card holders and our company, orders that appear fraudulent may be put on hold for manual review. If necessary, a Customer Service Representative will call you to verify the order. If we are unable to reach you at the provided phone number or email address within a reasonable period of time, the order will be cancelled. 
Manual review may delay the shipment and delivery of your order. We reserve the right to cancel any order before it is shipped. 
Refusal or Limit of service

If delivery attempt is made, and cannot be delivered, orders will default to age verified USPS shipping. Some local orders may drop ship, direct from the manufacturer, depending on in-stock availability, and may not be available for same day service. Payment Terms Ordering Services. Those of legal age* may order vapor products for fulfillment by following the directions on the phone. Once you order any product, your credit card will be charged for products ordered. We may change the pricing for the products (from time to time in our sole discretion) by updating the price list included in the Services and without any additional notice to you, provided that any changes will not affect any products purchased prior to the notice. SWMO Vape Shop reserves the right to conduct a full fraud prevention/ identity verification inquiry prior to fulfilling any order domestically, or abroad. If identification is unable to be presented to our satisfaction, or is suspected counterfeit, we will hold funds until verified by merchant processor, and or civil authorities, without defined time constraints. Payment Terms. If you order any products, you agree to pay the then-current applicable price listed in the Services. We will automatically bill your credit card submitted in ordering the product on the date the product is ordered, and each time you order additional services. All payments are non-refundable. Checkout prices are inclusive of all applicable sales taxes imposed by taxing authorities.
